Week 1-2: Architecture & Sub-Second Core Web Vitals
We engineered the frontend on Next.js 14 App Router, utilizing Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) for product detail pages. Product catalogs are cached globally on edge CDN nodes, delivering sub-400ms page load times across 3G/4G cellular connections.
Week 3-6: Automated Operations & Launch Results
By implementing automated WhatsApp and SMS verification bots connected via webhooks, we reduced Cash-on-Delivery (COD) return rates by 34%. Within the first two weeks post-launch, OrganicFields processed over PKR 12 Million in gross merchandise value with zero downtime.
